To create a Q3Bet account and use its services, you must meet all of the requirements below. Eligibility verification may take place at registration or at a later time, without prior notice.
Each CPF may be linked to a maximum of one active account on Q3Bet. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, circumvent limits, or for any other purpose is considered fraud and will result in the immediate closure of all linked accounts and the cancellation of all pending balances and bonuses.
When you register, you provide your full name, date of birth, CPF, email address, and any other information requested by Q3Bet. All details must be accurate and up to date. False or inaccurate information will result in immediate account suspension and balance hold until the issue is resolved. All activity carried out from an account is the sole responsibility of the account holder, except where the user notifies support immediately upon identifying unauthorized access. Q3Bet may temporarily suspend an account if unusual activity is detected — such as logins from multiple devices in different locations within a short time frame, repeated failed login attempts, or financial transactions outside the user's historical pattern. All financial transactions on Q3Bet are processed exclusively in Brazilian reais (R$). There is no currency conversion, no hidden exchange fees, and deposits in other currencies are not accepted.
Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit, whenever technically possible. Funds are always sent to a bank account in the name of the Q3Bet account holder — never to a third party. Any withdrawal attempt to a third-party account will result in immediate suspension pending investigation.
The first withdrawal from any Q3Bet account requires full identity verification (KYC). The process is handled by our support team and takes an average of 24 hours after documents are submitted. Subsequent withdrawals from the same verified account are processed normally without additional documentation, except in cases of data changes or suspected irregular activity.

A bet is considered valid only after the on-screen confirmation is displayed with a system-generated reference number. Q3Bet is not responsible for bets that were not confirmed due to a connection failure on the user's end. It is the bettor's responsibility to verify that the bet was correctly registered before the event begins.
For full-time result markets (1x2) in football, unless stated otherwise, settlement is based on the outcome at the end of normal playing time (90 minutes plus stoppage time). Extra time and penalty shootouts are not counted in these markets. Specific "Match Winner" or "Qualifier" markets include extra time and penalties as indicated in the market name.
If an event is cancelled before it starts, all bets on that event are voided and stakes are fully refunded to the player's balance. If an event starts but is suspended after a minimum percentage of regulation time has elapsed (as defined per sport), results recorded up to the point of suspension may be used to settle markets where the outcome has already been determined.
Q3Bet reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds — values obviously out of line with the market, such as odds of 50.00 on a heavy favorite. The user will be notified and the stake refunded. This right is exercised only in cases of manifest error, not as a way to reverse outcomes that are unfavorable to the platform.
Q3Bet's casino includes slots, Live Casino with real-time dealers, crash games (such as Aviator and Spaceman), roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker, and progressive jackpots. All games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) audited by independent laboratories, ensuring genuinely random and unbiased results.
In the event of a proven technical malfunction in any game — a software error producing a clearly incorrect or implausible result — Q3Bet reserves the right to void the round and refund the stake. No payouts will be made for results arising from demonstrable technical errors, regardless of the amount displayed on screen during the malfunction.
Q3Bet's progressive jackpots are funded by a portion of bets placed on participating slots and games. The jackpot is triggered according to each game's RNG mechanism. For jackpot amounts above R$ 50,000.00, Q3Bet may require additional verification of up to 24 hours before releasing the payment, as a security measure.
Live Casino sessions are streamed in real time by certified suppliers. In the event of a disconnection during a round, the outcome is determined by the supplier's server and is final. Q3Bet does not control Live Casino results and cannot reverse decisions made by dealers in accordance with the game rules.
Q3Bet has zero tolerance for behavior that undermines platform integrity, harms other users, or attempts to gain unfair advantages. The conduct listed below results in immediate account suspension and, depending on severity, cancellation of all pending balances and bonuses.
Accounts suspended for suspected prohibited conduct have the right to appeal the decision through support within 30 days. Q3Bet conducts an internal investigation and communicates the outcome by email. Real balances (excluding bonus funds) are preserved throughout the investigation period.
You may close your Q3Bet account at any time, without needing to provide a reason, by contacting support via live chat or by emailing suporte@q3bet.best. Before closure, any available real balance may be withdrawn as normal. Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirement will be cancelled upon closure.
Q3Bet may also unilaterally close or suspend accounts in the cases set out in these terms — prohibited conduct, false information, suspicious activity, or a request from a competent authority. In the event of closure initiated by Q3Bet where no user violation has occurred, all real balances will be returned in full.
After closure, account data is retained for the minimum legal period required by Brazilian law and the LGPD, after which it is anonymized or deleted as applicable.
Q3Bet is not liable for financial losses resulting from bets and games placed on the platform — outcomes in sports betting and casino games are random, and the platform does not guarantee winnings to any user.
Q3Bet is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, emergency maintenance, or force majeure events. In the event of an interruption during live betting or active game sessions, Q3Bet will follow established procedures to minimize the impact and notify affected users.
Q3Bet's total liability to any user, under any circumstances, is limited to the real balance deposited by that user and available in their account at the time the claim arose.

After a material change notification, the user may close their account without penalty before the new terms take effect, withdrawing any available real balance. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the changes constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. If the conflict persists, the jurisdiction of the district of São Paulo, state of São Paulo, is hereby elected, with express waiver of any other, however privileged.
